PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board’s regular public meetings will be held fully remote via Zoom in lieu of in-person until further notice and in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq. TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY HILL PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1, et seq., including 40:55D-13 of the Municipal Land Use Law (the “MLUL”), the Township of Cherry Hill Planning Board will conduct a public hearing via video teleconference at its regular Planning Board meeting on March 2, 2026 commencing at 7:30 p.m. with a Caucus beginning at 7:00 p.m. At the public hearing the Planning Board will hear public comment on the adoption of an Amendment to the Township’s Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (“Amendment to the Fourth Round HEFSP”) which will amend the Township’s Master Plan. After public comment, the Planning Board is expected to take action and shall consider adoption of the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan by way of
resolution at the public meeting.
The public meeting will be held fully remote via Zoom in lieu of in-person in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq.

The proposed Amendment to the Fourth Round HEFSP was prepared in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-28(b)(3) of the MLUL and the mandatory
requirements of a Housing Element under the recently amended New Jersey Fair Housing Act (P.L. 2024, c.2), relevant regulations of the
New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing (“COAH”), and other applicable law. The Amendment to the Fourth Round Housing Element and
Fair Share Plan is required due to the Township’s participation in the Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program and is a requirement
under its settlement with Fair Share Housing Center. The Amendment to the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, an element
of the Township’s Master Plan, also delineates the actions taken, and to be taken, by the Township to create a “realistic opportunity”
to satisfy its “fair share” of the regional need for affordable housing.
A copy of the proposed Amendment to the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Township’s Master Plan shall be available for public

Fourth Round HEFSP may do so at the public hearing by joining the remote hearing as set forth above or may submit written comments to the
Planning Board prior to the public hearing date.
