Route 38 is CLOSED EASTBOUND and down to ONE LANE WESTBOUND between Cuthbert Blvd and Longwood Ave due to a serious accident. Longwood Ave traffic is NOT ABLE TO CROSS Route 38 at the intersection, traffic can only make right turns from either side of Longwood onto Rt 38.
Conditions will remain this way for several hours through the investigation.
Please expect heavy congestion in this area and avoid it if at all possible. Use Church Road or Rt 70 for commuting across the western area of the Township.
