The Township of Cherry Hill maintains the landscaped beds located in the center medians of County Route 673 Springdale Road (from Wilderness Drive to Evesham Road) and County Route 626 Chapel Avenue (from Haddonfield Road to North Kings Highway). The Township also maintains select grass and landscaped islands on New Jersey State Highway Route 70 (from the Pennsauken border to the Evesham border).

Qualifications:
The Contractor must have experience in all phases of landscape management. The Contractor must
have three (3) years and/or twenty-five (25) projects experience of similar size and scope.
Special Requirements:
It is highly recommended that the Contractor visit the work sites prior to
submission of the bid by contacting Earle Señeres at the number below. The site visit shall consist of evaluating the condition and verifying the project limits. Additional work required to complete the project in full shall be assessed in the site visit and reflected in the bid. No change orders shall be considered unless authorized in writing by the Cherry Hill Township representative. Please contact Earle Señeres of the Cherry Hill Township Engineering Department at (856) 424-3203 to arrange a site visit by March 13, 2026.
