I am interested in submitting a bid for one or more of the infrastructure projects the RISE. Where can I find information on how to submit a bid for these projects when they are released?

Contractors, consultants and/or vendors that may be interested in submitting a bid for ARPA infrastructure projects should visit the Township’s Purchasing Department website located here - https://www.chnj.gov/191/Purchasing.  Vendors may fill out the Vendor Form to be added to the Cherry Hill Township Vendor List or a contractor, consultant and/or vendor can sign up to receive a text message or email when new bids are posted to the Purchasing website.

Please note, as part of the ARPA treasury requirements, all contractors, consultants, and/or vendors are required to have a SAM.Gov ID number.  The process to register with SAM.gov is free, but please note, due to a recent influx of registrations, it may take up to 6-8 weeks to finalize your registration, so please keep this in mind. More information about this process can be found here: US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) | SAM.gov Registrations.

Finally, the contracts for these infrastructure projects will be required to adhere to federal procurement and contracting requirements found in 2CFR200. A summary of those provisions and requirements can be found here:  Federal Contract Provision
