PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Cherry Hill Township Board of Education that a Special Meeting (Organization) will be held at the Malberg Administration Bldg., 45 Ranoldo Terrace, Cherry Hill, New Jersey on January 5, 2021 at 7:00 P.M
This will be a virtual meeting that will be live streamed for the public, the public will not be admitted to the meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENT – PLEASE NOTE – There will be one public comment period for this meeting. When submitting your public comment via email, please indicate in the email subject line “Public Comment,” the date of the meeting, and the agenda item number if applicable. Public comment can be submitted via email to lshugars@chclc.org. In order for public comment to be considered, name, address and comment must be contained in the email. Public comments may also be mailed to Lynn Shugars at the address indicated above; the envelope should be clearly marked “public comment” and the written comment should have the same information as required for email comments. Public Comment, for those who wish to email or mail same will be received until noon on January 5, 2021.

ORGANIZATION MEETING - 7:00 P.M.
The Board of Education will conduct the organization meeting in public session at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of considering and voting on the items presented on the organization agenda.
Formal action will be taken at the Organization Meeting on any and all business involving the school district and such other items that may be brought before the board not known or reasonably foreseeable at the time of the notice.
