The Township is pleased to announce that the 2023 Road Maintenance Program will commence on or about September 26, 2023. As part of our Road Program, significate improvements are scheduled within the Kingston Community.
As
you are aware, Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) has completed their gas main replacement program in your neighborhood. The Township Administration has recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with PSE&G to allow for a cash contribution for roadway restoration. This MOU allows the Township to utilize this contribution along with municipal capital funds to allow for complete restoration of all roadway surfaces that were affected by the gas replacement program.
This project will include the milling and resurfacing, isolated curb, sidewalk replacement and ADA improvements of the following roadways:
Individual notices will be provided to affected residents prior to the start of construction on their respective streets.
