The next quarterly property tax payment is due on May 1, 2021.
There is a 10-day grace period for tax payments. If the 10th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the grace period extends to the next business day. Payments made after the close of business on the last day of the grace period will accrue interest dating back to the original due date.
- Tax payments are due August 1, November 1, February 1 and May 1.
- Residential sewer rent is due on April 1.
- Commercial sewer rent is due on November 1 and May 1.
