Fire Safety Presentations

Fire safety presentations are geared for an adult audience. Recipients of the presentations usually include community, civic, faith based, senior and business organizations. Topics presented are generally tailored to the audience or any special requests made by the organization.

Depending on the group, topics typically include:

  • The science of fire
  • Causes of fire
  • Human behavior during a fire
  • Smoke alarms
  • Home escape plans
  • Home fire safety tips
  • Disaster preparedness
  • Fire Department's role in the community


Requesting a Fire Safety Presentation

Complete and submit the request form, or contact the Community Education Officer at 856-795-9805, extension 1333 or email Tammy DeLucca, to make an inquiry. Please submit your request a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the presentation. Please have an alternate date available in the event we cannot accommodate your request.

Please indicate any specific topics you may want covered at the time of the request and please provide us with the anticipated number of participants.
